Transitional Services Program

The Transitional Services Program offers a range of services to 16-to 21-year-old runaway and homeless youth as well as young people leaving state custody. The program's goal is to support these young people's successful transition from dependence to self-sufficiency. In addition to providing counseling that helps youth lead healthy, productive lives, the program teaches young people the skills necessary for independent living.

Youth are referred to the program by school staff, social workers and family members, among others.

There is no cost for participation in the program.
