How We Handle Fees & Insurance

Youth Services accepts most health insurance plans. Further, most insurance policies cover the agency's counseling services. If you have questions or need help determining insurance eligibility, please contact our Client Support Coordinator.

If a client does not have health insurance or his or her policy does not cover services provided, Youth Services uses a sliding fee scale, based on the client's household income and number of family members. Our Client Support Coordinator reviews the fee scale with the client during his or her intake session. If a fee presents a hardship, the client is encouraged to discuss it with his or her counselor or our Client Support Coordinator. No one will be denied services due to inability to pay for them.

The agency also may be able to help clients enroll in Medicaid or a similar insurance plan.

How We Protect Our Clients' Privacy

Youth Services and its staff maintain strict standards of confidentiality in accordance with all federal and state regulations and laws. No information about a client or his or her treatment (in writing or otherwise) will be released from the agency without the client's written consent.
